Remove Existing User Access

The eBmA merchant desktop app allows an admin to encrypt files, decrypt files, edit the contact book and view your eBmA profile all in one place.

Step 1:

Open your merchant desktop app and click contact.

Step 2:

Select the contact in your address book that you wish to remove from your database.

Step 3:

The user will no longer be able to receive documents from your account.
